Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between OEM, ODM and aftermarket?

OEM parts are made to the vehicle maker’s specification, often by the original supplier. ODM parts are designed and made by a supplier to its own design and sold under another brand. Aftermarket covers both plus independent production, so the specification matters more than the label.

Does private label require a minimum volume?

Usually yes, because tooling, packaging and marking are set up per brand. Volumes vary widely by category; packaging and labels often carry a lower MOQ than the parts themselves.
